The responsibilities of this position include answering phones, emails, and assisting walk-in customers.
It requires learning extensive knowledge of the building products we sell and learning various quoting/ordering methods.
Your daily work flow would include, but is not limited to, data entry in the form of quoting and placing orders for customers, answering product information questions, and assisting retail customers with making selections.
Some experience in customer service and/or the construction industry is ideal but not required.
40 hours is standard, but overtime is available if preferred.
The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
- Experience on a computer - Teachable and quick to learn - Socially adept and people-oriented - Ability to refocus between multiple interruptions - Detail oriented with a drive to do things correctly Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
